way to go, verizon customer service -


so i went to the verizon store because the end of my antennae had come off.  based on years of conditioning with sprint, i fully expected to have to pay $30 for the missing piece which they would then have to order and i’d have to come back to the store for them to install.  

imagine my surprise when tey gave me a brand-new phone!!  which is a very good thing, because my protective window for the camera was also broken.  about ten minutes later i left the store with a brand new phone.  go verizon!  i love nice customer service! =)
